This module discusses how to best manage children and young people with IBD, describes important factors in care transitions, explores how to manage fertility and pregnancy, and outlines approaches to managing IBD in the elderly patient.

Module Five is worth two (2) EA hours.
Module Five plus Workshop Five if combined, is worth two and a half (2.5) EA hours and two and a half (2.5) RP hours.
